As a disabled retired veteran from a June '68 critical wound at Camp Evans, Vietnam, this noise puts me back in 'Nam every time I hear it. It was both a Godsend and scary, almost at the same time. I was sent into enemy territory and taken out so many times by a chopper I have lost count. I had and still maintain a deep respect for all chopper personnel. I do not know how many times I was saved by them. Now, at 79 years, I thank God I'm alive and pray for all who were lost and all who served, with the chopper guys right at the top.

Hey Damir, your work on this model is so great. I wasn't sure which color to paint my own plane (art work suggested gray and black but honestly looks so poor). Thanks to you again, mine is going to be in flashy orange and black. Great video.

Wow! Perfect, perfect weathering.

I know this comment is a little late. I’ve got 2 of these kits and I’ve finally gotten around to building 1. Only reason I have 2 kits is the original kit I bought was missing the instructions. Couldn’t get ahold of the manufacturer for new ones so I sucked it up and just bought another kit to poach the instructions out of. I’m going to put the instructions in the other kit and sell it complete. Anyways, this has to be one of the worst kits I’ve ever built. It’s a shame also, I was so looking foreword to it. I had some huge fitment issues with my kit. The bottom of the cowling on the front of the fuselage took some work to fit together and then the top engine cover did not fit at all. Had to remove a piece of the engine and then glue one side at a time and allow 24hrs to dry because it was in such compression. There is no real direction on paint scheme also. Like your left to guess or do your own research on certain areas of the aircraft to get even a slight idea what color it should be. It’s costs a lot of money for this kit and I think they just did the photo etch for the flap and Ailerons to justify the high price (they are pointless btw) I feel very let down by this model. Im going to sell my other trumpeter kits to hopefully avoid the headache again from another kit like this. I hope this helps someone questioning getting this kit. Steer clear of this!!

I find it funny how many versions there are of It's a long way to Tipperary and the differences between them. Some only have the first verse others say the chorus only once in between the verses while others twice. And some like this one have slightly different lyrics singing "To the sweetest girl I know in Tipperary" While most just say. "To the sweetest girl I know." That caught me off guard.

Hi, I'd like to build this kit. Did you have problems joining the 2 parts of the nose? Do they join well or are there any signs of joining? Did you have to use a lot of putty or sand a lot? Good job!
